Like more and more people today, we like to eat good food – food that tastes good and is good for you because you know what’s in it and where the ingredients come from; you know and like the people who make it and you know that it’s wholesome and healthy; you like hanging out at the place you buy it and you like the price, because it’s food you can afford to enjoy. That’s Super Food.

eat good food

We work with whole foods.  The terms whole foods is defined as: plant foods that are unprocessed and unrefined, or processed and refined as little as possible, before being consumed.  This is our way.

We have been working for the last ten years with various suppliers, developing relationships, looking for the best produce, trying new crops, exploring different grain options, in an effort to achieve a well balanced, healthy meal that not only tastes good, but is also good for you.

Once the produce arrives in our kitchen it needs to be stored correctly, it then gets cleaned, prepped, cooked and finally assembled as a complete dish.  Each of these steps are carried out by a team who understand the produce, appreciate it’s value and take pride in presenting it as something that someone would enjoy as a nutritious meal.

We have also explored different cooking techniques and employed the most advanced cooking equipment to preserve as much of the goodness and nutrients that we gain from the original produce. Our vegetables are either raw, lightly steamed, pickled, wok fried, briefly sautéed and blast chilled to retain their nutrients, colour and crunch.

Our food is whole, our food is real, our food is good……….eat good food.
